🚗 Mobile Notary Services

A non-refundable travel fee is collected to reserve your appointment date and time.

Any additional fees will be provided for approval before your scheduled appointment. Remaining notarization fees are due at the time of service, and rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability.

Travel Fees

  • 0–10 miles: $25

  • 11–20 miles: $35

  • 21–35 miles: $50

  • 35+ miles: Custom quote

General Notary Fees

• $10 per notarization
• Additional Signer: $1 per signer per document
• Witness Fee (if provided): $25
• Document Printing (if requested): $5–$15

Additional Fees

• Same-Day Service: +$25 (same-day booking and completion)
• Expedited Service (3 Hours or Less Notice): +$30–$60
• After-Hours Service (After 7 PM): +$20–$35
• Late Night / Early Morning (9 PM–7 AM): +$35–$75
• Weekend Service: +$25
• Holiday Service: Starting at $50

Special Locations

• Assisted Living / Nursing Home: +$20
• Hospital Visits: +$30
• Jail / Correctional Facility: Starting at $50

Additional fees may apply for extended wait times or multiple stops.

🌐 Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Appointments start at $35 and include secure platform access, identity verification, and one notarization. Full payment of the base fee is collected to reserve your requested appointment date and time.

If additional fees apply, they will be provided for approval before your scheduled appointment. Once paid, all fees are non-refundable; however, rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability.
