  • A valid, government issued photo ID is required for all notarizations. Acceptable forms of identification may include a Driver’s License, State Issued ID, Passport, Military ID, Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), or Inmate ID.

  • Yes. All signers must be physically present for mobile notarizations or present during the live video session for remote online notarizations.

  • Same day appointments may be available depending on location and scheduling availability. Please call or text for the fastest response regarding urgent requests.

  • Vaughn Notary Services provides mobile notary services throughout Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding communities. Remote online notarization (RON) services are available nationwide for eligible clients.

  • We provide notarization services for a variety of personal, legal, and business documents, including:

  • A mobile notary travels to your preferred location for the appointment. This may include your home, office, hospital, nursing facility, or another agreed meeting location.

  • Yes. Mobile appointments include a travel fee based on location and distance traveled. Travel fees are confirmed at booking.

  • Please have:

    • Your unsigned documents

    • Valid government-issued identification

    • Any additional required witnesses (if applicable)

    Documents should not be signed before the appointment unless instructed otherwise.

  • Remote online notarization (RON) allows documents to be notarized securely online using a live audio-video platform.

  • You will need:

    • Your unsigned document(s)

    • A valid government issued photo ID

    • A smartphone, tablet, or computer with camera and microphone access

    • A stable internet connection

  • In many cases, yes. Remote online notarization may still be completed for eligible clients located outside of Texas, provided the notarization complies with applicable laws and requirements.

  • Accepted payment methods may include debit cards, credit cards, cash, and Zelle.
